Refund Policy

Old Chemistry checkout is not yet open, and the waitlist form does not take payment. Because no payment is collected from joining the waitlist, there is nothing to refund for joining the first batch list.

Future orders

Before paid checkout opens, Old Chemistry will publish order, cancellation, return, and refund terms appropriate for the product, shipping method, and pilot-batch status.

Launch-stage changes

If a paid presale or first-batch sale opens later, the refund and cancellation terms shown at that time will apply to those orders.
