These Terms of Service apply to the Old Chemistry website and any products, waitlists, content, or services offered through oldchemistry.com.

Current launch status

Old Chemistry is in a coming-soon and pilot-batch stage. Product pages, ingredient notes, pricing, packaging, availability, dose guidance, load counts, shipping timing, and policy language may be updated before checkout opens.

Waitlist and email capture

Joining a waitlist or email list is not a purchase, preorder, reservation, or guarantee of inventory. No payment is taken from the waitlist form. We may email subscribers with launch updates, product-readiness notes, safety/label updates, and availability notices. Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing emails.

Product information

We try to present product information clearly and honestly. During pilot development, some information may remain draft or pending substantiation. Exact directions, load count, cost per load, claims, warnings, and final ingredient details will be finalized before checkout opens.

Safe use

Cleaning products should be used only as directed on the final label. Keep products out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest. Avoid eye contact, prolonged skin contact, and breathing dust. Do not mix cleaning products with bleach, vinegar, acids, or other cleaners unless a final product label specifically directs otherwise.

Orders and payment

When checkout opens, any order will be subject to the product page, checkout terms, shipping policy, refund policy, and any customer notices shown at the time of purchase. We may reject, cancel, limit, or delay orders if inventory, safety, address, payment, fraud, compliance, operational, or product-readiness concerns arise.
